Hi Janet End of year reflections can be both daunting and energizing, as we celebrate the great moments, reluctantly recall the not-so-great, and look to the upcoming year as a chance to start fresh. 2019 was a remarkable year for us at AsianBossGirl, though not without its learning moments! This was the year of establishing an LLC and officially becoming business owners; international meetups with you (shoutout to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, London, and Taipei); launching Seasons 4 and 5; hitting episode 50 (!!); the inaugural #OfftheMic event; landing new jobs and leaving those that didn’t quite fit; Helen & Phil’s engagement 💍; and overall, digging deeper and daring to dream bigger. This was also the year we were reminded that taking care of our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health. We learned to better self-advocate by saying “yes” to the opportunities that excite us, and “no” to those that don’t. We were reminded that with the support of your friends and a healthy dose of gratitude, anything is possible 🤩. As we head into 2020 wrapped in oversized sweaters, grasping mugs of hot chocolate, and channeling our inner Baby Yoda, we wish you a warm, welcoming, and happy holiday with your loved ones!
