Dear Subscriber First Name, As I write this letter to you, I’m listening to Helen, Mel, and Janet’s latest episode entitled, “Letter to Our Future Selves”. The letters they share in this episode offer a glimpse of what form their dreams currently take, and listening to their visions, I’m inspired to write a letter to my future self this month. Lately, I’ve been feeling a need to evolve. I feel compelled to release what’s no longer working, and to usher in a new age of deepened self-awareness, openness, and growth. Do you feel it too? I’m finding that life serves simplicity and complexity on the same plate. An undeniable, seemingly simple truth to live by is often accompanied by the complexities of lifelong conditioning, and external expectations. In times of uncertainty, a simple truth can cut through the clutter like a butter knife. If you haven’t yet, I hope you’ll take some time to consider your future self. What habits do they have, what company do they keep, and how are their days spent? Stripping away the expectations of others, try to focus on who you feel you’re meant to become—the answer may surprise you. Or perhaps it won’t, because you’ve known all along. With love,
