We’re just starting to see the leaves turn an ombre of greens, reds, yellows, oranges, and browns. Perhaps it's the crisp air, the colder nights, or the United States election that looms just a couple of weeks away, but we’ve been feeling contemplative.

This month, we’re exploring the theme of Self Exploration. The majority of this year has felt like a constant turning of leaves, an everlasting transition that made the ground beneath our feet feel less stable. So we dug deeper.

By getting to know ourselves more deeply and listening to the stories of some of our peers, we’re reflecting, learning, healing, and letting go. We’re turning the ground over and making way for new growth, while also creating our own stability.

Being alone in an unfamiliar place, booking a place on your own, exploring based on one’s own whims and curiosities, and being the only one in charge of your own wellbeing—these are just some of the elements of the experience that will push you to seize your independence, and free you to learn how self-sufficient you can really be.
